Mobile AOG Service – Mather Aviation

Mather Aviation

Mobile AOG Service

Mather Aviation’s mobile AOG unit can respond on-call to an AOG situation 24 hours per day. A mobile AOG unit is similar to AAA service for a car. If problems occur while away from the hangar that keep an aircraft on the ground, having access to the Mather Aviation mobile AOG is as easy as calling for roadside assistance. Mather’s mobile AOG can be a life-line to a pilot stranded away from home on an airport tarmac.

Our mobile AOG services are based out of Northern California and can be readily dispatched throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento area, Lake Tahoe, Napa/Sonoma, and beyond if the need arises. Our Mobile AOG unit and mechanics can perform troubleshooting and make repairs wherever an aircraft is grounded. Our FAA-certified mechanics can often diagnose and repair mechanical issues and have the aircraft back in the air within hours.

Mather’s mobile AOG can troubleshoot a wide variety of systems and problems including:

  • Airframe
  • Engine
  • Electronic systems
  • Autopilot
  • Communication equipment (including satellite)
  • Compass systems
  • Vertical and lateral gyros
  • Navigational equipment
  • Oxygen / Nitrogen Service
  • Pre-Flight Inspections
